Accessing L2TP setup through the customer portal

Hi, all.  I just signed up to try out this VPN.  I am on a laptop running Windows 10.  In set up guidance directs the user to log in to the BolehVPN customer portal to set up L2TP.  This step is required to generate the password that will be needed to connect.  However, when I select the "customer portal" link, it simply takes me to this page.  The user is directed in the guide to click on the L2TP setup link.  I see no such link on the page, nor do I see any other menu items or links that might take me to such a link. Any help?
