If you encountered this error in your logs:

Fri Feb 03 19:20:21 2017 ERROR: netsh command failed: returned error code 1
Please do the following to fix NETSH Error
The first thing you should do is to make sure that the Internet Protocol Version 6(TCP/IPv6) for the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 virtual network adapter is enabled.
You can check it by heading to the Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings.
Right Click the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 and select Properties.
Make sure the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) check box is checked. Select OK and you are good to go.
If the above method did not work.
Download and run the MicrosoftEasyFix20174.mini tool attached.
This is to Re-enable IPv6 on nontunnel interfaces and on IPv6 tunnel interfaces
